Doors
Apartments will be fitted with bespoke wooden entrance doors and contemporary internal doors, incorporating stylish door furniture.

Each apartment will have a solid wood entrance hall and lounge/dining room area, ceramic tiling in the bathroom and kitchen and carpeted bedroom areas

TV/Satellite/Telephone/Door Entry System
Cabling and points for TV/Satellite/Radio and Telephone will be provided as standard. Additional TV channels allowing you to see who is at the door or elsewhere in and around the building will compliment an automated audio door entry system in each apartment.

Heating
The apartments will have electric panel heating with individual controls. heating of communal areas will be fully automated from a central control.

Windows
Double glazed casements to the highest heat and acoustic specifications.

Lifts
Two independent passenger lifts will serve all floors, including one built to fire-fighting specification.

Lighting
All apartments will have recessed halogen downlighting throughout with common areas having high specification automated lighting.

Estate Services
All communal services will be handled by a professional managing agent on behalf of the owners and occupiers and will be appointed later in the construction process. The building has been designed to maintain the highest standards at the lowest service charge.

Safety and Security
Safety and security has been designed into the building from its inception with both active and passive systems built in to the common areas and individual apartments.
